IVORAH is a Collierville-based interior design and remodeling company serving Greater Memphis. One studio carries your project from the first sketch to the final walkthrough — design, materials, licensed construction, and delivery — on a fixed quote that doesn't move once you've approved it. We've kept that promise even when a 55% mid-project tariff meant keeping it cost us our profit.

IVORAH brings concept, pricing, sourcing, installation, and final styling into one studio. The team that develops your room also prepares it for construction, helping every detail remain aligned from first presentation to final installation. Every design is developed with buildability in mind, and every installation follows the approved design.
Every engagement begins with how you actually live — how you cook, host, work, and rest — and translates that into space planning, lighting design, material palettes, and furniture layouts rendered in 3D before a single order is placed.

Concept & space planning
Scaled layouts and lighting plans built from an on-site measure of your home — and from questions. Why does the kitchen jam when you entertain? What would you change about how the main level flows? We design to the answer, not just the request.
Our processMaterials & 3D renders
A 2D floor plan plus AI-generated 3D views of your actual rooms, so you walk through the design before construction. Materials and colors are finalized with you before the estimate is confirmed — nothing goes into production you haven't approved.
The workDirect sourcing
Our own maker relationships: custom cabinetry and hardware; doors in glass, iron, aluminium, and wood; tile and natural stone from India and China; modern steel staircases and glass-and-steel railings; stone-carved bathtubs; lighting; large-scale windows and sliding glass doors; appliances and media-room setups. No middleman markup in your estimate.
Cabinetry & millworkCustom millwork
Built-ins, paneling, and casework — and full custom furniture when the room calls for it. On a recent Germantown project we designed a wood-and-resin dining cabinet with a matching table and custom seats, a custom couch and center table, and a floating media cabinet.

$250–$600 per square foot, full design-build, depending on materials and customization. A typical 200 sq ft kitchen runs $50,000–$120,000 complete. Fixed quote before you commit; design changes are free until production drawings are approved, then the design — and your price — lock.
Getting started is a $500 site-visit package: the on-site visit and measurements, your 2D floor plan and AI-generated 3D views, material finalization, and your estimate — credited toward your project when you move forward (non-refundable if you don't). After approval, payments follow the project — 50% on approval, 20% when products ship, 20% during installation, and the final 10% at the client-approved walkthrough.
