Bathrooms built like small architecture.
Primary suites, powder rooms, guest baths. Fixtures, stone, tile, and millwork specified by our studio — installed by our own team, on a fixed quote.
“Small rooms. Precisely considered".
A beautifully resolved bathroom depends on exact coordination across waterproofing, drainage, tile, stone, and ventilation. We design these technical layers together so the finished room feels effortless and performs beautifully.
That's why IVORAH baths are designed and built by the same team. Tile layouts are drawn to the grout line before ordering. Slabs and mosaics are sourced direct from the maker. Plumbing rough-ins match the drawings because the people who drew them are on site.
What we build
- Primary suites — wet rooms, freestanding tubs, double vanities, dressing areas.
- Powder rooms — the one room every guest sees; a place to take a design risk.
- Guest & family baths — durable materials, smart storage, easy maintenance.
- Aging-in-place — curbless showers and grab-rail-ready walls, designed beautifully rather than clinically.
Bathroom remodel FAQs.
How long does a bathroom remodel take?
Powder rooms can finish in three to five weeks of build time; full primary suites typically run six to ten, after a design phase of three to five weeks. You'll see the exact schedule in your dashboard before work begins.
Do you handle plumbing and permits?
Yes — plumbing, electrical, waterproofing inspections, and all jurisdiction communication are handled by the studio's build team.
Can you match an inspiration photo?
We'll do better: we'll tell you what in the photo is achievable in your space and budget, then design a version that's yours — sourced direct so the materials cost less than the photo did.
