Price before commitment
Review the full scope and investment before anything is ordered.
Design, sourcing and installation usually sit with three different companies. With IVORAH they sit with one — designed, sourced, installed, completely managed.
A renovation goes best when design, pricing and installation sequence are decided together. When they are split between companies, the gaps between them become your problem.
At IVORAH, cost enters the conversation on day one. Every design decision is priced as it is made, so the plan you approve is the plan that gets delivered, at the number you approved.
Designed, sourced, installed — completely managed by one team.

Trades are confirmed with written availability and committed dates for your project.
Where a permit is needed, it is pulled by the appropriately licensed contractor and coordinated by IVORAH.
Cabinetry, stone, doors, windows and lighting bought direct from the makers.
Milestones, materials, payments and conversations live in a single private dashboard.
The final 10% is paid only after you walk the finished room and sign off.
Once you approve your price, it doesn't change.
Full project cost, depending on materials and how much is custom-made. Your price is set from your measurements and selections.
The final 10% is paid only after you have walked through the finished room and approved it.
Every project follows the six letters of our name, with one IVORAH project manager coordinating every designer, maker and trade while you talk to one person. See the full process →
A conversation about your home, how you live, and what you've tried before. We're consultants, not order-takers — we're listening for the problem behind the project: why the kitchen jams when you host, why the family room never gets used. No obligation, no pressure. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so.
Free · 1 hourWe walk your home, measure, and photograph. Then you see the design before it exists: a 2D floor plan and 3D views of your actual rooms.

Final 10% · after your approvalIVORAH designs your project, sources the materials direct from the makers, and engages and manages the licensed contractors and trades who install it. You deal with one team throughout.
Getting your products made and delivered to your home. Once your production drawings are approved, making and shipping take up to 90 days. Installation follows, usually 30–45 days. Your dates are set in writing with your estimate.
Once you approve your price, it does not change. On our Germantown project a mid-project tariff rose to 55%; we absorbed it and still delivered on time.
Only to book. The account is your project dashboard — designs, quotes, milestones and payments in one place.
Most interior work runs $250–$600 per square foot, depending on the materials and how much is made to order. A typical 200 sq ft kitchen lands somewhere between $50,000 and $120,000. We publish the range because it is the honest answer, and because you should be able to find out before you spend an hour on a call.
We measure and photograph your home, then give you a 2D floor plan, 3D views, material selections and an estimate. If you go ahead with the project, the $500 is credited to it. If you decide not to, the work is yours to keep and the fee is not refunded.
No. Once you approve the price, it is fixed. Midway through a project in Germantown, import tariffs on the client's order jumped to 55%. We had promised the price would not change, so we absorbed the tariff and paid three times the normal freight for an 18-day expedited shipment. That job earned us no profit and delivered on time. It is the clearest answer we can give to this question.
50% confirms the order once you have approved the design and the price. 20% when your products ship. 20% during installation. The final 10% after you have walked the finished project and approved it.
Your first design is ready within 5 business days of the site visit. Once production drawings are approved, everything is made and shipped to your home within 90 days, and installation takes a further 30–45 days. The 90 days is delivery to your door, not a finished room — we say it that way because the distinction matters when you are planning around it.
Licensed contractors we have vetted, coordinated by one IVORAH project manager. Vetting means checking the licence, visiting job sites they have finished, and talking to those homeowners. IVORAH designs, sources and manages the project; the licensed trades carry out the installation under their own licence.
Permits are coordinated through the appropriately licensed permit holder on your job. Interior work only needs one when plumbing, electrical or gas changes — which most kitchens and bathrooms involve.
You call one person, your project manager, and they already know your project. Conditions nobody could see until a wall came open are handled through a documented change process: we tell you what we found, what it changes and what it costs, before anyone proceeds.
Change it. Design changes are unlimited until the production drawings are approved. After that they are locked, because that is the point at which the makers start cutting.
For a single room, usually yes. Whole-home projects are phased specifically so that you can, and the sequence is agreed before anything is ordered.
It depends on the project and the materials you choose; most carry a one-year warranty. The specifics are written into your quote rather than promised in general terms on a web page.
We don't do roofing, or anything on the outside of the house. Electrical, plumbing and HVAC are never sold on their own — they happen inside a project, carried out by the licensed trade under their licence. And we don't manufacture: we buy from the workshops that do, to our own production drawings.
Where we work: Greater Memphis, including Collierville, Germantown and Memphis.
Tell us what you want to change. We'll talk through priorities, budget and whether IVORAH is the right fit.
