Discovery call
A 1 hour conversation about your home, how you live, and what you've tried before. No deck, no upsell.
Studio visit
We walk the home, measure, photograph, and write a brief — what's possible, what it costs, what it takes.
Design phase
Concept, mood, materials, and 3D renders. You approve direction at week 2 and details at week 4.
Sourcing & build
Once your design is approved, the agreement is signed, the first payment clears, permits are in place, the 90-day clock begins. IVORAH sources the raw materials — and the custom cabinetry and furniture built by our makers, then manages production and shipping so everything reaches your site within the guaranteed 90 days. Every step is tracked in your dashboard.
Install & handover
Once all products are on-site, licensed pros install the raw materials and the built cabinetry and furniture, complete the punch list, and walk you through room by room before handover.
