How long does a kitchen remodel take?
Design typically takes two to three weeks. After your design is approved and the project is ready, qualifying kitchens enter IVORAH’s 90-Day Sourcing & Build Guarantee — — materials and cabinetry sourced, built, and delivered within 90 days. Installation begins once everything arrives on-site.
Do I get a fixed price?
Yes. Every design decision is priced as it's made, and once the agreement is finalized, your approved scope and price are the baseline. Nothing changes without your written approval; requested changes and previously hidden conditions are documented first.
Can I stay in my home during the remodel?
Usually, yes. We phase demolition and set up temporary kitchen arrangements, and your dashboard tells you exactly which days trades are on site.
